I can't complain about the service,because there is none.

So I bought a Mi Box s for my TV from East Rand Crossing last year July 2019. It just keeps ons rejecting the internet and does not want to connect at all. So I took it back to Incredible connection this year February2020. They then told me it will take 14 days to review and check it. I then asked them how will I be able to watch DSTV Now and can't they substitute it just in the meantime. Their direct answer was no they won't. I know they say their return policy is within 14 days. Butt really no effort to help or assist at all. Pathetic Pathetic Pathetic. I will make sure I will never buy there ever again.
