I cannot recommend buying from Incredible Connection, there services is everything but incredible.

Worst after sales services I ever experienced. And I am saying that because its not the first time, its been every time I purchased from them every time hoping they changed. I purchased two box fans from them on the 2nd of December. No one can tell me where my order is. They say they will get back to me withing 24 working hours witch is sly for saying 3 days. 3 days to find out what is going on with a client's order is ridicules. I waisted more than a hour trying to find out what is going on, cant even speak to a manager. This is pathetic, honestly. We purchased from 2 other online stores in the same time, both those orders have been delivered last week already.
