I bought an ecoflow delta 2 on December 12th, returned it on January 20th

I bought an ecoflow delta 2 on December 12th, returned it on January 20th. I phoned on 1st Feb for an update. I was told it was received by the repair centre on the 30th of January. I feel like this ecoflow and JD Group relationship doesn't work as promised. At this point I'd rather have my inverter back and take it to ecoflow myself.
