I am writing this email to complain about the horrible customer service I received from an agent by the name of Vusi Khubeka I was calling to report a ****** phone and he was rude, he even cut the call just because I simply asked for his name I called again and got through to the same consultant and i asked him if his okay because he sounds very frustrated, he laughed and said i must not ask him how he is feeling instead i must tell him how he can assist me I am very disappointed in all of this and since calls are recorded I sincerely ask that you listen to the calls and attend to this complaint as soon as you can The lovely lady i spoke to on the third call was able to assist me
