humiliation, disrespect, belittlement and derogation by Incredible Mall of the North Staff

Even the 1 star is way too classy for this bunch. On Friday the 11th of March 2022, my mother and I suffered the most humiliation, disrespect, belittlement and derogation one can imagine; this happened at Incredible Connection Mall of The North.

I am overwhelmed with ****tail of emotions anger, disappointment and sadness at my African people treat us like trash at the retail store. I will never set foot in Incredible Connection Mall of The North!!!

The ******* woman with the dreadlocks and the tall, dark skinny guy in particular. Such horrible staff busy whispering behing their customers and saying things like "they can't afford it that's why they are not buying it cash", "yaah they won't even qualify on credit" and busy giggling. The dreadlocked ******* woman really has a chip on her shoulder. She even went as far as to telling me not to buy a Generation 8 laptop because the store makes them cheap just to get rid of them because they don't provide after market/sale support and parts for them!!!

They are very rude and impatient with customers who ask questions and act like they know everything even though we knew more than them because we apply these devices' specifications to the tee in our jobs. LOL What a s##t show!!!

I would advice anyone who wants to purchase any electronic devices to stay far away from Incredible Connection. Save your money and take it to a place where you will be appreciated as a customer, respected and treat as a human instead of worse than a stray dog!
