HP Laptops and INCREDIBLE CONNECTIONS PATHETIC PAIR:

In October 2018 we purchased a HP Laptop from Incredible deceptions in Stellenbosch . It packed up on the 30 May 2019 . My Daughter , a Maties student took it to the shop and was fobbed off by the "person" she dealt with . I called the manager , Veidon, who promised to sort it out and get back to me . He neither sorted it or got back to me . My daughter called Dylan , the so called Tech who fobbed her off . on the 7 June I called Veidon who promised to call back, again he never did instead this Dylan fella calls with a bunch of lies .He tells me he logged it on the 6th and was waiting on a courier . I asked him what happened between the 30th and now and he said he was too busy . I asked to speak to Veidon who said management had no system contact with the Tech side so he did not know what was going on . The short of it is DONT BUY HP> THEY ARE PROVEN INFERIOR ( even my business ones ). INCREDIBLE DECEPTIONS TAKE STUDENTS FOR A RIDE AND TREAT THEM AS NUISANCES THAT CAN BE FOBBED OFF.
