HP laptop Crashed Twice!!!!

I am mad and very dissapionted with the product that I bought at Incredible Connection. I bought a very expensive HP Pavilion laptop expecting it to be of good quality and not give any problems , but since I bought it , it crashed twice in less than a year!

Now I have to take it back again and wait who knows how long for it to be fixed , I use this everyday for my studies and work and now I have lost all of my data again...!

I demand that this issue is resolved as soon as possible , I want my money back or a brand new laptop of the same price!
