HP & incredible Connection

I purchased 2 laptops for my Kids birthday, Early March, Special HP units on special, when I got home to Zanzibar, my son noticed one behaving badly, sounds making strange noises, just generally behaving strange. Upon checking, I find that the RAM modules do not match, either Manufacturer or the frequency. This is poor and not to factory specifications. when I send Web based request for assistance, I get no response, When I approach on Facebook, I get messenger support telling me who to contact, sending more Emails, I get no feedback, More messenger, I get put onto the store. The store has been supportive, and puts me onto HP support, HP Support puts me into HP International support. HP International Support recommends that I approach the local retailer for Support.
