Horrifying service

Incredible connection is pathetic when is comes to service, been on a call for over an our with Tumi(call centre agent) Tumi has been waiting for her team leader to take my call. The team leader Louisa Baloyi did not have the decency to talk to me… incredible connection is using SkyNet as their courier agent however l was told that they unable to get in touch with them. All l was is to know if l can go to the SkyNet branch to pick up my parcel because the trace number l was give upon the purchase is giving an error saying there is no parcel on this order number. SkyNet is not answering the call since this morning and no update whatsoever. I regret shopping at incredible connection, l should have read the reviews before ordering from them. This has been the worse experience ever…
