Horrific service- avoid Incredible

I ordered an item over a month ago as a Christmas gift. The item was a PS5 game console. I had an incorrect item that felt like clothes delivered instead. How does this get mixed up??! A soft item vs a whole PS5 console??!I was told to drop off the incorrect item at my own cost although it was their fault. I did so at their closest branch. From then on I have heard nothing but excuses from them about delivering my item. I have had poor service from Moshosho Maimela , Louisa Baloyi and the entire online staff from this retailer. Until date I have yet to receive my item or money back. It has been a month and Christmas is 2 days away. Avoid this retail institution with all you can, there is no accountability or recourse when they have made mistakes.
