Horrid experience

We bought an Rct inverter from the greenstone branch in April 2023, inverter failed after 3-4 months sent it back for repairs took 3 weeks to come back , however didnt last 1-2 months started to act up , so we took it back to the branch and requested a refund as this is a faulty device which is essentially a back up for work , long story short we requested to speak to a manager at the branch for 2 weeks to tell us about the refund and was told they will call or they not in which is not fair according to the TCF outcomes...went into the branch on last Saturday after requesting for a manager we get a guy by the name of Thabo who didnt want to listen to us he carried on speaking of his dissatisfaction of 2 of us speaking to him and didnt want to hear anything, when trying to record his plan of action he grips my phone who gave him the right pull the cctv footage ...anyways he then tells us about the plan he has and promises feedback by end of monday today is thursday we keep calling and we get cut off what should we do now forget about it...
