Horrible Service!!!!Stay away

i bought a printer from Incredible connection branch. when we installed the printer we discovered that the sensor that picks paper from the printer was faulty. we took the printer back to the shop the 3rd day. The shop attendance refused to replace the printer but instead they said that we should take it for repairs that takes 14 working days. We paid money to these horrible people and they made their profits and we are seated with no printer for half a month after paying close to R5k. no updates at all on the repairs and customer service in none- existent in this shop. please stay away from this horrible company!!!!!
