Horrible Services from Canal Walk

Had the worst experience with Incredible Connection, even a ****a shops operational processes are more efficient. Placed an online order for the Souncore R50i earbuds, my collection point was Table Bay mall. Upon receiving my order collection I was routed to Canal Walk for pick up. Arriving at canal walk only to find out they don’t have the item available. Canal walk didn’t have a clue what they were doing and instead of helping me the staff and manager Riyaaz worked around me assisting other customers. I was then advised to go to another branch to check if they have the item available. The JD group has truly failed with Incredible Connection. Never in my life will I place myself through such horrible service again and never would I advise anyone to take their business to Incredible Connection.
