horrible service very bad

what a horrible terrible experience, very bad service from Incredible connection wonderboom from Amogelang and Rebecca. they keep on taking me pillar to post .it is a month now we paid 50k till date we have not receive what was paid for. they keep saying manger on leave who so ever is not there. I am so disappointed, i keep going to the shop with no assistance. they even stop taking my calls now yet what i paid for is no way to be found anyone help where can i get the regular this is not on at all
