Horrible Service, Unprofessional Staff and No Item Recieved

I had made an online purchase on the 29th of November for an Iphone 14 and my order was out for delivery on the 1st of December and I am yet to receive communication on where it is as it hasn't arrived, I had called their delivery service SKYNET and I have spoken to 3 different individuals that have either dropped my call, told me they will call me back and the last individual telling me "His on lunch and cannot assist me". Is this the service you provide your customers after spending so much money at your stores? I have been placed on hold for hours at a time to be told that?

I am not sure what I am meant to do at this point. I am super anxious seeing as other individuals have not received their own orders that were made waaaaay before mine.
