Horrible service; parcel not delivered

I bought an item online on the 31st of August and have not received my delivery but they promised a 2-5 working days delivery. I have made several calls and they make me hold until they drop. They tell me that they have given the parcel to Aramex who have since kept it with them since 01 September according to the tracker. Being told that the courier company has my parcel without doing anything to assist me in getting it is frustrating. Aramex has also made sure that their contact number is not accessible, of which I shouldn’t even have to worry about because Incredible connection is the one I paid my money to. This was meant to be a gift for someone who is getting married on this coming Saturday and now I can’t gift them because of being inconvenienced by Incredible connection. I will only get a ‘sorry’ for the emotional damage that they have caused me. The horrible service of the year!!!
