Horrible service & misleading information.

Today I was at the Table bay branch going for a specific TV I wanted, online it shows the branch got stock in-store, however when I got their the sales rep had an attitude because I was not interested in other brands and insisted I wanted the specific TV, furthermore I asked if I can get the one on display seeing they don't have in stock the response of the sales rep was that "go buy it at HI FI Corp they have it as well" yet for R300+ more I made the price comparison before. I asked if they can get it from another store and said they don't transport 1 Unit of R4k is too little money. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE and unprofessional service. I will never buy anything or recommend anyone to buy at this store; you need to send your staff on customer service ethnics. IF you talk about bad service you take the stoplight. Why don't you close your doors while you at it sending customers to other stores. THIS IS FALSE ADVERTISING AND MISLEADING INFORMATION and I DID take it further to the CGSO *** #1. Bad customer service #2. False advertising and misleading information #3. Refuse to order the TV advertised from another store and confirmed other store have it. #4. Send you to another store to pay more for the same product. #5. Wasting my time, transport money efforts to get a Unit.
