Horrible service from Thulani

I have never had so much of bad experience with any service, Incredible connection Maponya Mall. We bought a tablet for our daughter in May. She didnt use the tablet we had to return it for repairs. No follow up or communication is been done. Only a month later Thulani notifies us that we will have to pay same price as buying the new one as repairing this is unacceptable we will not tolerate this service the tablet is not even a month and we have to pay double. Incredible connection has caused a strain in our family as the tablet was used for school purposes. We felt humilated and belittled by Incredible. We would appreciate it we could get our refund or the tablet gets repaired. We treated like piece of trash.
