Horrible Service from Incredible Connection East rand Mall Manager.

What a horrible service I received from Incredible Connection East rand Mall I purchased a TV box on the 14/10/19 for R799, 2 days later it stopped working then I took back to the store then I realized that the box has been opened before and I showed that to the store manager ans she acknowledged that the box has been opened before and the unit has been used before then she offered me a different box which I had to pay R570 extra I was happy to do that, she gave me another TV box, when I get to the office I oped the box to check then I realized that the power supply is missing then I called the store manger to make her aware about the power supply and she asked if i could check what should be in the box when I look at the box I realized again that the box has been oped before like the first one when i told her that over the phone she started to be defensive and rude and told me that I must come to the store and take my money back and go buy from Game store, i went to the store when I got the she started of accusing me of *****ing the power supply saying the is no way that the power supply was not in the box and she said to me screaming with a very rude voice just go to the counter and get your money and go buy at game and she kept on accusing me of *****ing the power supply, how can i ***** the power supply for something that i dont even own and after spending so much money.

I wouldn't advice anyone to buy from that store rather go to east gate mall the products has been used before and the management is useless.
