Horrible service from Incredible connection

I send an email to Hello peter, 1 week and a few days back, complaining about my laptop which I bought from incredible connection, all I got from them was an acknowledgement of receipt, nobody reached out to me to this day, even their store people after I visited the store twice, it seems they think ignoring a person will make the issues go away, I am gatfol of them, I just need my laptop back, their service is so spar is like they are running a ****a shop, how can the just ignore me, that laptop is expensive, around R9k and I am getting this attitude from them, this is not the 1st time, they made me buy an expensive keyboard, when I took it back for repairs because it was not responding, they took it in and said they will call me, it's been over a year.

Please help good people, I can't deal with incredible connection any more, they are ************ in there dealings with customers
