Horrible service from Fourways Mall branch and Call Centre

Wanted to open a contract with them. Initial lady was helpful, but the contracts lady was unhelpful. Long story short, we went to Fourways Mall Incredible Connection on Saturday 13/01/24 to get a contract, after seeing a decent contract the day before. We asked the contracts lady a few questions regarding the contract. She laughed at our questions MULTIPLE TIMES! We obviously have questions as we have never had a contract before and need to know all the details. All she did was make us sign a bunch of things and then told us we need to be approved by Vodacom first, which we understand. As soon as we got home, we received an email from Vodacom stating that we got approval with conditions. So we phone IC again to find out what the email means fully and whether we may come back to finalise the contract. We got put on hold for 10 minutes on the first call and about 5 minutes on calls 2-5. We hang up every time because who has that much airtime! On the sixth call my partner basically has to complain to get them to respond and once we got through to the lady who has to help us, she said, very rudely, “Please just come back tomorrow, we have customers.”. We just need to know what the email means before we waste our petrol again for horrible service! So we go back on Sunday, get told that we basically can’t get the contract because of the email’s conditions. We get it, but we had to drive from Lanseria to Fourways Mall, about 30 - 40 min depending on traffic, again and for nothing! We asked the lady to cancel to application fully. We had to go find out from Vodacom that the lady still has not cancelled the application. I now have to go to this stupid place once again to get them to cancel. And when you sit in the store, you literally see people standing around while phones are ringing away. The whole point is that the staff are not helpful and so rude! We got put on hold and laughed at for nothing. The call centre agents are also rude when you ask for assistance to close the application. Don’t ever ever do anything with these people, because this isn’t even our first time going down this road with them. We have had enough. You can be as nice as you want, nothing.
