HORRIBLE SERVICE @ Incredible Connection Menlyn

What an aweful experience!!! I applid for credit on a laptop on 15 July. All was approved just to walk out of the shop withou the desired product. The lady informed me that they will give me a call later that day or at the latest the next day to collect the laptop. I heard nothing from them and decided to call on 20 July to find out what is going on just to hear that the copy of my ID was not clear and they requested another. Sent the new copy but no communication from Incredible Connection. I phoned them again on 22 July but nobody could help me. I sent an email requesting cancellation for said transaction and shortly thereafter got a cll to inform me that the laptop is ready for collection. Today, 29 July, I came to collect the laptop and yet AGAIN disappointed in the bad...actually lack of service. I have been sitting in the shop for 30minutes now and NO one has helped me...what is going on???!!! I have asked numerous times but the only communication going on is screaming employees and chatting in other languages. This is unacceptable!!!!
