Horrible service and disgusting delivery

I purchased headphones from incredible connections online and they arrived in a disgusting condition. This item is CLEARLY NOT NEW and someone repackaged this and sealed it again with clear tape. The box is also torn so bad. I contacted customer service and Siphiso was so horrible and unhelpful.
