Horrible service

The most horrific experIence. End November 2024 I bought my son’s Chromebook for the 2025. I was told they were going to place an order and I’d be notified upon arrival of the Chromebook. I paid everything in full and awaited delivery. Late Dec it arrived and I was alerted. I went to collect it 2nd early Jan only to be told it was sold to another customer and unfortunately they are now out of stock. My son needs it in a week. I was devastated. Long story short, I had to buy a new Chromebook at an expensive price. Appalling service offered in East London incredible connection.
