Horrible Service!!!

Horrible Service!!! I'm so disappointed in the service we received from Incredible connection, bought a 30k laptop and is still waiting for the parcel, now running 10 days without delivery??? what the hell incredible??? will not shop or recommend any one to you. you guys think your too big for the little guys. highly upset and very disappointed
