Horrible service

I bought a laptop from them.The new laptop gave me so many problems...I took it back and requested a refund they refused to give me the refund, instead told me to give them the laptop and they will fix it ...I got the laptop back and it gave me the same problem... they sold me a load of ******* and their service to assist me was terrible!!
