Horrible service

Horrible service received from 2 staff members at gateway branch, spent over an hour at branch as they tried processing my application, halfway through system stopped working was promised a call the next day by the guy who was helping, NOTHING. Drove again to the store got a lousy apology from a girl who apparently “forgot ‘ to call me and tell me I’m declined because my surname doesn’t match my I’d no. 31years of my life never had of such until I visited incredible connection gateway ?. And I’m told the guy who assisted me is new ?. Not so incredible after all
