Horrible service

I ordered a chair and desk from these guys, both items are faulty. Chair was delivered broken the desk does not adjust as advertised. I have been sending pictures back and forth with agents only to be told I must take item instore for assessment. To my advantage I took pictures as I was unboxing the items. I was promised an exchange in the chair last week, today I was called by Refiloe Mogatusi who says the replacement is not available I will only get a way forward once they have assessed. I still have not received fees back regarding the desk that’s supposed to be adjustable but does not adjust. The point of online purchases is for convenience now I need to be driving instore .
