horrible service

I went into incredible connection clearwater mall to apply for credit about a week ago, to say i received the worst service is an understatement. when i walked into the store the consultant dismissed me and annouced to the colleague that she was busy with a client and she would attend to me when she attends to me. it was a few minutes later established that they were offline. i returned the following day and handed in my documents, the consultant advised she wold call me back in a few hours (She did not) I called 4hours later only for her to say "Oh they need a copy of your id because the one we scanned is not clear" I obliged and emailed her a copy,She again promised to call me back (She did not). I called in the following day again met with contempt as if im borrowing money from a neighbour, She advises that they need me to come in and sign something. I went into the store and was advised that the initial consultant was not in so someone else would assist me. Someone did come but not before screaming at her colleague to say she does not want to work on another consultants case as Consultant A is difficult, she eventually assisted me to great discomfort. i have signed and authorised the debit order mandate on my side and to date nothing from the store, iam the one one who keeps making follow ups and being told that they are waiting for authorisation 3days later.
