HORRIBLE RETURN POLICY AND VERY BAD SERVICE AT INCREDIBLE CONNECTIONS CANAL WALK

horrible return policy, having been charged a 15% fee opening a laptop. no fault on the laptop because I had just opened it and returned it after 2 days. the staff and his technician were extremely rude and made me wait for 3 hours for my refund because there was no cash of R3800 in the store after which they had charged R675 for just returning an opened product. a very bad experience i had it that store. and on top of that they charge way extra for the same products sold in other stores. the same laptop they charge R6500 I found at game for only 4500 - huge difference. i advise you not to buy in any incredible connection stores otherwise you will regret.
