Horrible online service from incredible connection

Absolutely pathetic service after we got delivered the wrong parcel. With 5 days to Christmas I have to accept this item will not be delivered on time. Calling the call center is horrible. It takes forever and then we are just brushed aside with no feedback what so ever. Also does not respond to emails. Stay away from this company's online store!
