Horrible online order delivery process

If it were possible to give a 0 star review this is exactlyt what it would be. Your delivery service is horrible and you should leave it to a more seasoned courier company. I placed an order on 30 Novembr and delivery was expected on the 5th of December. Order was not delivered and teh driver came on a saturday to a commercial address and obviously failed to deliver. I have been trying via multiple channels to get the delivery rescheduled only to be told there are no available dates? SO when do you plan to deliver my order then? No agent can answer that. and the cherry on top you cant even find details for their silly little courier partner cause you will also be on hold for 20 minutes.
