Horrible Online Experience!!!

I'm very disappointed in the service received from Incredible Connection, I placed an order on the 25th September online for one of their products on special, today is the 3rd of October and NO COMMUNICATION at all, I had to call them myself on the 30th of September to ask what was going on. The manager said he will call me back and never did!!!! This is unacceptable truly. Either you provide me with my product or give me back my money. I would NEVER recommend anyone shop online with them!!!!!!
