HORRIBLE ONLINE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Do not order online from Incredible connection! I order a product on the 16th of March and it's now the 31st of March. I called in to see what was happening with my parcel and the staff that helped me told me the order is on hold, they could not tell me and they said they would call me back but never did. I called them again, my call got dropped 3 times and after I got a hold of someone they informed me that the matter needs to be escalated to technical support but it was logged the first time I called but nothing has changed with my parcel since then, order still on hold. the customer service was horrible and most of them are clueless. To purchase in-store from them would be better. Will never buy from incredible Connection in the future again!
