Horrible... Lost my goods

<p>I purchased a tv from IC. I had a problem with it after 6 months so it was still under warranty. I returned it to them and they sent it in to a repair centre who told them that my TV that has been sitting in my living room for the last 6 months had been exposed to sunlight and they voided my 2 year warranty. I complained straight to samsung who ended up resolving the issue and fixing my TV, because they said that reason was crazy and not in line with the fault on the TV, no thanks to IC. Now to my problem. They lost my TV stand. After fighting 2 months to get my TV fixed they lost my stand. They tried to blame it on me again but this time it didnt slide because on the book in sheet they wrote down everything that was in the box. They signed. I signed. ... stand included. I refused to take the incomplete TV and they said they will investigate the issue. And there has been no word from them since. Now I am still minus a TV. Guys... stay away.</p>
