Horrible Horrible Customer Service

<p>As you can see i said horrible twice, because i just want it to sink in about how bad my experience was. I requested a quotation on a power supply for a laptop on Tuesday i still have not received a quotation for this and its Thursday already. I just need the quotation to get it signed off by my manager and get the goods. its riduculous that i have to wait so long. I tried to phone them Tuesday a guy took my message and said he would pass it on i phoned again wednesday no answer and everyone just keep being f#### busy!!!!!!!! I tried again this morning at 9 a lady answered and advised there are no sales people there yet. i asked to speak to the manager and she said his on the floor helping customers. "I AM A CUSTOMER TOO!!!!!!!" i said i would hold its 9.40am and am still holding, ive never gotten so cross in my life!!!!!!! Incredible connection in Waterfront is a joke!!!!!! a sad one at that!!!!!!!!!</p>
