Horrible experience

What a horrible experience! I placed an order online on the 17th of March money was deducted from my account however no communication was received from the company, no order confirmation, no order number nothing. I tried all the online portals to get assurance and check what’s going on but no one was able or even willing to assist. I ended up going to the store in Gateway and provided them with the bank statement they requested and they said they will escalate. Monday the 20th of March a female manager called she requested for my shipping address, she gave me her email address to send my shipping information. I sent my address and agin no communication whatsoever. I called them today the guy that answered the call said the manager will contact me back and no one got back to me, I called again later on during the day but no one picked up this me! Is this a joke! this experience has left a bitter taste in my mouth. I am convinced this company ****s people I refuse to be their victim!
