HORRIBLE DELIVERY SERVICE FROM INCREDIBLE CONNECTION

WORST ALL ROUND SERVICE EVER!! I bought a TV on the 27/12/2025 and still haven't received it (10/01/2026). It's nightmare dealing with HiFi Corp/Incredible Connections as they send you from pillar to post. From having to email daily to have them verify my TV license in order to proceed with picking and dispatching the TV to dealing with arrogant delivery van drivers to dealing with *********** & arrogant customer service agents. This has been the worst online merchant I've ever dealt with. After the long wait on the 08/01/2026 the goods were finally assigned to a driver to deliver and after having called me to check for availability I further asked for a ETA in order for me to organise my daily schedule but I was rudely informed by that particular driver that he will not respond to that he will only call me when he's in the neighbourhood which to me did not make sense as it was impossible for me to be indoors the whole day and not run my daily errands but fine I decided to waste the day waiting around and decided to leave the house at 17:00 pm and the mystery delivery guy decided to rock up at 17:30 which was now way above business hours but before that around 15:00pm I received a notification that my parcel has been delivered so I don't know what Ponzi scheme you guys are running but this kind of service is totally unacceptable. I live alone in the flat so ETA further assists me in arranging for the delivery in terms of me being there during that suggested hour of delivery. I genuinely wouldn't advise anyone to buy anything online from these online merchants unless if you are willing to deal with the migraine that comes with the process. Now I'm stuck between waiting for the delivery van to hopefully reach the North pole and having the Online store supervisor call me back to cancel the order cause every time I call they transfer me then they hang up or the call gets cut while I wait. I'm now caught in an indefinite wait for them to deliver the TV set whenever it suits them. It's a zero rating from me, I regret purchasing from this company.
