Horrible customer service!!!

I am beyond upset with the Clearwater mall branch. I returned a phone last week Sunday and almost a week later the phone has not been sent for repairs because "they cant find the receipt", the purchase does reflect on their system yet they have not sent it to be repaired as it is still within their warranty terms. No one even bothered to tell me about this delay, I had to call and visit the store myself and no one wants to take accountability for this!!! this is upsetting and reflects incompetence of their staff.
