Horrible Customer Service

Steer clear of Incredible Connections, I had the worst experience and sadly no apology from Management.

Spoke to a rude staff member, encountered some with zero integrity and had to wait for more than a month to get my issue resolved. Only small joy I got out of this was that my new device is not black but the level of customer service is absolutely disgusting.

I won't be doing any shopping with this brand again and neither will I recommend friends and family.
