Horrible client care

As a client of yours for almost a year. I am annoyed of the things I have experienced. I always pay on time never late more than what is due today you in bridge of contract agreement by debit you account without my consent on incorrect date I get paid on 25th which is Monday. Before then I get friendly reminder calls do you know how annoying it is. You debited my account I had to dispute today because your clever banking cannot tell when 25th you pay your account you get numerous courtesy calls now come Monday's week I will be harrased with payment calls because now I have to make EFT payment. This is a let down and poor customer service no incentives for any the inconvinces check your company puts on me I have impeccable payment history and your company never apologize just bank my funds.
