horrible business practice

worse service ever, i returned a device within 7 day of purchase was turned back, came back the 2nd time again was turned back saying they are closed which was only 2 min before their closing time then lastly i returned and they took my slip and device then said they didn't have money to refund me, was going to other stores as they didn't have money only to come back their shop already closed, no one called me nor waited for me, they still have my money, device and slip. theres this very rude cashier by the name of boitumelo she acts as if she owns the shop, lack customer service and very arrogant
