Horrible, awful! No service, no accountability.

I bought a router that was supposed to come with a once off 15Gig sim card. The router is fine but the 15Gig has not been loaded.

The store didn't notify me to collect my order, I had to call. Upon collection, they didn't activate my sim card, had to call again. The sim was activated but no data loaded.

Incredible Connection Galleria has given me the run around for over a week. I spoke to Thokozani a TL at their call centre, he promised someone would call, nothing. I spoke to the store manager at Galleria, unhelpful at all, she said I must call Telkom myself. Sent an email to Louisab, no reply. Spoke to Precious who put me on hold for 7mins then dropped my call.

I have never come across such incompetence and disregard for a customer who merely want what they paid for. Horrible service. I will not deal with this store ever again.
