My sister was trying to buy a cellphone using your credit facility from your branch inside East Rand Mall and the service was appalling. The consultant that assisted her was very condescending and continuously made loud references to the status of her account and ITC record, which I judge to be private and confidential. She was very negative and went out of her way to prove a point which we did not understand, almost as if to belittle me.

I will not be spending a dime inside any of your stores and am currently reviewing other methods of expediting the resolution of my complaint as this cannot happen at such a chain store.
