Absolutely terrible service. Ordered a PS5 on the 24th of November. Got a notification that it was handed to the courier on the same day. Waiting till the 29th still didn't receive an update as to where my unit is. Pjoked to do an enquiry apparently Cradlestone Incredible connection doesn't honor a contract as they sold my unit to someone else and informed me that they will refund me upon refusing a refund as I want the product I paid for and received word is on the way numerous excuses have been made no progress on my complaint and have no stock to replace my unit which I paid for and they had sold.
