Hisense TV is nonsense

I bought a hisense TV in 2021 and I have been logging tickets since then because the sold me a TV that was on Display and they even told me this is discontinued.

this a smart TV at a cost of R12499 Cash price and 654 x 36= R23544 please help make financial sense on the usefull life of the TV.

I bought this to have a peace of mind for myself and kids to have a smart tv that can work properly without fail for full 5years then after we can MAYBE encounter challenges.
