Have no words to describe (ANGRY)
I purchased at laptop by incredible connection with my vodacom upgrade about a year and half ago. What a mistake!!!! No info was given to me with regards to how the new windows 10 works which therefore used up all my data on my vodacom modem because it does automatic updates all the time and you cannot switch it off before i new it i had spent nearly R2000 on data for the first month and still did not achieve anything on the computer. I then took the laptop back to the store and asked them why this was happening only then did they tell me how the new windows 10 works. They then agreed to unistall the windows and put windows 8.1 on it, but that was not the case. When i got the laptop back it had windows 8 on it which i did not know. There was no option to shut the laptop down you have to put the power button off. Now i dont know much about computers but i do know that is not how to turn it off. In that time i left East London and was working in rural area where there was no store where i could take it back to. They also sold a virus protection to me that cost R500 which they loaded on and expired as i was never able to use the laptop. I then contacted microsoft on line to help me so that i can upgrade the pc to windows 8.1, but with another problem they saw that the version of windows 8 that was loaded did not allow the upgrade to 8.1, there was also drivers or software call it what you will missing in the keyboard so it did not function properly and the pc kept asking for the product key for windows 8 which was not given to me. Microsoft informed me that i was running out of time and needed the product key and that they do not understand how incredible connection took me from windows 10 to windows 8, so in the event they were not able to help me and said i need to take it back to the store. I came back to East london in August and took it back but that was the worst, the manager at the Hemmingways branch where we purchased it had a very bad attitude and said its not his problem because i took to longwhich got my husband upset and the two were screaming at each other. I do not aggree with my husband but as for a manager that should not have happend at all in his store as there were other customers in the store and here you have the manager (JOHAN) talking to a customer in that manner. My husband told them he did not want the laptop anymore as we have just had problems with it from the start, to which the manager said he can not do that but they will see if they can fix it. I dont see that been fare as it was a new product which they tried to fix and made a bigger mess, now they expect us to trust them again. The laptop has been by them since 15 August with no response, I called the head office to report the whole story (customer care) was on the phone with them for nearly a half hour and then they said they would get back to with in 48hours, they would also send me a reference number via sms, which i did not get and nor has anyone contacted me. Iam paying nearly R16000 to vodacom for this laptop that i dont have and when i had it could never use it.
