Incredible connections has no customer service. Trying to complain about one of there branches you just can't get pass there customer care dept. Even customer care is a ploblem. Today was my 3rd complain 1st time I mailed customer care they never bothered to get back to me, then I phoned them with no joy. After that I phone twice again still no joy. Been battling from the 9th March to sort out a phone of six thousand rand that is not working properly. This phone has now been in for repairs three times. Out of the 7 months I have had this Samsung A70 I have only had the joy of using this phone 4 months. A person can just not get hold of the MD or Ceo to speak to them about their service as customer care will not give you there details. Where to from here, must I go so far as to get legal action.
