Had not enjoyed a second of service and no refund

Over a week ago, I registered and paid for 30gig capped data (ADSL) with Connect , and have never been able to connect to the internet through their server . Have phoned their support depart 7 times,but no one can resolve the problem, but admit the fault is on their side, but they don't know why my status reads \UNKNOWN". I have lodged 4 support tickets online"
