Guarantee is a Waste of Time @ George

Returned a HP Envy 15 (under guarantee) as usb ports not charging. Waited for 4 weeks and had to go in myself to follow up. Was told waiting for HP! The branch manager needs sending on a customer service course. So now I have to take legal action for a refund and damages. Recommend you do not shop here or buy HP.
